Shipping, returns and tax
Shipping
UK delivery is quoted or confirmed at checkout. Larger, remote-area or special-order shipments may be quoted separately.
Returns
Stock items may be returned unused and saleable within 14 days of receipt. Special-order or altered items may be non-returnable where the law allows.
VAT and tax
Prices include VAT where HarkHouse is required to charge it. Export customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes unless agreed otherwise.
